Snapchat notifications

I get notifications if I get sent a message or photot whilst on WiFi but as soon as I get I to data they stop coming through and I have to check to see if I actually got a message or not

Apps
find Snapchat and tap it
Mobile data
"allow background data usage" - is that turned on?

Settings app
Connections
Data usage
Mobile data usage
find Snapchat on the list and tap it
"Allow background data usage" is there

Please, try to reinstall your Snapchat application. 

Does this issue also occurs with other third-party apps?
