rotate icon hit or miss

When you open up galleries folder and choose a picture and then rotate the phone to have a landscape view, before on android 10, there was a small icon on top right corner rotating horizontal or vertical, letting you  rotate the picture,  now on android 11, it only  appears sometimes

You have to keep opening and closing picture for it to appear.

It's a very useful icon when it appears, is this a coding problem.

The small icon on top right corner should always appear when phone is rotated to a landscape view after a photo has been chosen. If the icon appears only sometimes, then I recommend you to submit an error report via the Members application, so that our developers can have a look at the issue you're experiencing 😉.
