Hmmm interesting. Article also says that we might have to wait week or more receiving final update. I hope any of the moderator can shed some light on this rather than usual response.

Yesterday you should have received the third Beta version.

As it comes to the UK, it usually takes more time to receive the final update. To receive the final version of the software, each country should receive the carrier's acceptance first. They make some tests on their side, and when they accept the software, the final version can be launched on the market 😀.
