notification panel stutter

Does anybody else notice when dismissing the notification panel it feels like it drops from 120hz to around 60hz? There's a slight stutter on my s20 ultra.

Also when tapping the notification in lockscreen there's a noticeable animation stutter

Stutters all over on mine, same for a lot of beta's over the years. Gesture navigation seems very clunky as well
