No more lag! WTH is happening?

Because of the lag issue I used 60Hz as default. However, today I changed to 120Hz and to FHD+ and added the windows animation scale back. So far I haven't noticed any lag at all after changing to these settings!

I'll keep monitoring this.

Thanks for sharing this! Some other members have also mentioned that the lag suddenly disappeared. 
If you do notice that some update of the app or disabling/enabling any function helps with it, please share it here

My lag disappeared for a few days, getting my hopes up that there had been a silent update. But alas, no. It returned and the device goes completely unresponsive at times once again...
