It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems.
Anyway, you can try to clear cache of the Outlook app (or reinstall it if necessary). Also check if any application updates are available.
If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.
