Whilst maybe not the biggest change one UI 4.0 for example offers a more customised experience and new emoji features, GIFs and stickers. The privacy dashboard also brings all settings and controls in the one place. It will show when an app is requesting to access your camera or microphone for instance.
The Material You Theming Engine has created a bit of buzz, even if it may not be important to everyone. After selecting a wallpaper the user can select a colour scheme based on that design. However it may not work effectively with all aps.
