Google Pay won't work with the Beta software. Should be sorted when the OS becomes official.

As @Rubbersoul mentioned, this is a beta version and it is not certified by Google. So Google Pay and some banking apps may not work during the Beta. This, however, will not be a problem once an official Android 11 with One UI 3 is released.
