Changing Wallpaper causes device to freeze

Title. Anytime I change the lockscreen/device wallpaper, the phone freezes up for around 10 seconds.

Have you tried to reboot your phone?

If that won't help, please report the issue via the Samsung Members app attaching log files, right after the problem occurs .
