Unlock screen issue

If my phone is locked and i pick up a phone call, while in phone call i can't acces my phone as i cannot unlock it

I have also noticed that too. Definitely a bug as my friend also says he has same issue.

I have cleaned cache and repaired apps etc. Did a factory reset aswell Still the same. My friend has same issue too

It's always good to perform Wipe Cache Partition as the first step in the troubleshooting process and if that doesn't help - Please report the error through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look 😉
