Every so often the touch screen becomes unresponsive. The only way to fix it was to reset my phone with the power button and the volume button pressed together.

I had the same. I did report as well.

Curious but are you using the new home up? I've noticed sometimes when exiting an app my phone will freeze for a few seconds
