Taking screenshot using volume and power key do not work

Has anyone tried taking a screenshot using the volume and power key? That was my method always as I didn't like the palm swipe method, but this no longer works after the beta 3 update.

It works perfectly fine for me still. Have you tried restarting your phone? Maybe try wiping cache partition because it could be an error

I've restarted but haven't cleared cache partition. Need to do that actually. It's so fiddly now with having to plug in something or to a laptop etc

Took 3 screen shots yesterday no problem didn't wipe anything since first better possible it may be a hardware issue have you tried running a diagnostic on your phone

Volume down and power still works for me

Thank you, everyone, I cleared my cache and it sorted it. Unsure if it was the restart or clearing of the cache. But it is working as it always has 😀
