Video call effects

I tried video call effects for what's app. But it's not working, selected background blur, colour or image. None of them are working. Any suggestions or tips to make it work ?

Yea i tried it and nothing happens my background just stayed the same

You can try to clear cache of the WhatsApp (or reinstall it if necessary). Also check if any application updates are available.

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.
