Sluggish-Ness animation when unlocking

Anyone notice a bit of sluggish animation when unlocking the phone after beta 3 update?

Yep and a white flash down right hand side of display sometimes.

Mine snaps right to the home screen.Butterly smooth as always.
I would say you have other problems.
