I haven't heard of this problem before. 🤔 In order to refresh the network connection, you can try to enable and disable aeroplane mode.
In case it was not helpful, please report this issue in Samsung Members app > Error report, and do not forget to include log files. This way developers will have an accurate overview of the situation. 🙂
