Suggestions for functions and improvements take time and development. Any suggestions will need to be assessed as to if they are realistic and practical (and worth development time/costs), then go through scoping, approval, dev time, system test, change management, re-test, before sign off to go into full dev builds. Only then if everything is approved will it go into a Beta release.
You also need to consider that what you actually see on your handset is what they have enabled at present. It's common to have functions pushed out within an interim build but be coded to not be live in that release.
