Anyone else experiencing sound issues since the beta update?

When using the buds, I've been told they (the caller) can't hear me speaking at times. This happens quite frequently, however; I have no issues hearing through the hear buds during calls. 

Another annoying issue is when listening to music using the buds Pro at times the sounds are not completely balanced or clear for both ear, this is not an issue with the music playing but between the handset or the earbuds.

Haven't used them for calls but for audio (YouTube videos) I've never had a problem with the beta (and watching a couple of hours per day via the buds pro).

Do you mind trying with call audio so I can rule that out. Have had no issue with YouTube to be honest but u don't use it with YouTube much.

Same for me, on my galaxy buds. They can't hear through the budd mic so I need to turn on speaker to speak

@viv_matt ,

From your description, it seems that this problem is caused by a software bug. In this case, it would be best to submit an error report in Samsung Members app, so that developers can look into it. 🙂

Hi, many thanks. I did the submission, just wanted to ensure I'm not experiencing an isolated issue and to notify other in order that they do a check. Cheers for your support 👍

Have you uninstalled wear, and reinstall it, and see if that resolves it.
