Screenshots security policy UPDATE

Since the latest beta update I can no longer take screenshots on any screen as it always comes up with "can't take screenshot due to security policy" message irrespective of which app I'm in... I'd upload a screenshot of the error, you know, if I could🙄

Update - it would appear no photos or videos appear in the gallery at all and so not sure if this is something related to the issue with screenshots.

Done a cache wipe, not gone to the extent of a full reset yet, may need to though now that none of my recently taken photos/videos are appearing in the gallery

You can also try to clear cache of the Gallery app and then reboot your phone.

If that won't help, please report the issue via the Samsung Members app attaching log files :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:.

My Screenshot also working. I have wiped System Cache after each update.

This is essentially what I'm experiencing although cache wipe didn't rectify it...
