Follow up.
S25 ultra.
60zh - 1080p
No app in background using excessive use.
Normal use.
Factory reset.
Normal indoor temperature environments.
Passed feedback via Samsung members.
Definitely needs looking into as makes it unbearable hot to use and battery is simply none existent with the heat from the phone.
For a flagship and software... not impressed and definitely not normal.
My phone does get extremely hot but I am nuking it with downloads updates everything. 
Not something I've seen on my own device. If you've done a reset then there has to be something going on, though it doesn't seem like a widespread issue
Though some of the heat seems to follow CPU usage occasionally it send to heat up for no apparent reason.
