Camera error

I am still having issue with camera. When you open the camera app all is good but as soon as you press video it crashes and can press anyyhing on screen been like this for about 6 weeks now even since other beta and this update still not working on s25 ultra

I have reported this so many times with screenshots and video to prove not working but no reply and no fix and tried to roll back to one ui 7 on pc and came up with error twice so i am stuck on beta till offical update comes

Mines working fine on beta 4 did you try clearing the cache and data on the camera what camera version have you got installed

I got the same issue. Everytime I try and zoom on picture or video my camera start making weird noise.

I have reported this as well

Tried everything to get it working even tried to roll back tomone ui 7 on pc using smartswitch but twice it crashed with error and stuck me back on beta. Even in other apps cannot use video it just freezes

Thank you for pointing this out and sending error reports. I can assure you that the developer team is constantly checking the reports and trying to fix all the issues, it may be that the issue you reported is taking a bit longer to fix 😔
