Recent opened application bug/screen not as responsive

When you open a couple of apps and go into recent apps where you can close recently used certain apps don't show up. 

Phone sometimes lags out and have to tap on the screen couple times before app works also very rare but some apps can bug out and stop working for a split second because of this i have to lock then unlock phone

Not seeing this myself but what apps are causing issues

Mostly wattsapp and socials mainly and every now and then games dont open up properly have to reopen them up

I having a problem with a couple apps not responding but only if i set the screen on a highest resolution

This is what i mean by recent application dont show up even tho says close meaning theres still 1 or more applications open still thats all just a little bug but thought to mention
