Pre Installed Apps

There are a bunch of pre installed apps, takes up a bunch of storage, and makes the phone slack and look packed with useless stock (galaxy store and play store in one phone🙁) Its either Smasung or Google Apps, at least and option should be given from which of the two to choose from, an on going issue from many years,

Hi @RNVD opinions differ, some customers find some apps to be very useful whilst others consider them to be Bloatware.

Whilst there is some overlap certain apps are exclusive to the Galaxy store ,  this store for instance offers themes and design customisation specifically for Samsung Devices.  Some information here https://techwiser.com/difference-between-galaxy-store-play-store/

Thanks for your reply, yes absolutely, I agree, but not only the stores but other apps such as samsung message, there is also a google version, or samsung pay, there is a a google version of that as well, there are like 20 or so pre installed apps, half of which are duplicated ( because of the Samsung-Google partnership) but also most in my opinion aren't really necessary, meaning that not everybody uses them and it just makes the phone look bad overall, even if they do, the apps, especially Smasung pay, require extra apps like curve to operat properly, which makes everything a mess, I understand what Samsung is doing, but compared to the competition if the continue like this its only going to make people drop loyalty and switch, its a waste of storage and in some instances ram

Why cant they do a phone that has what you need to get it working and then you could install what you wanted or make all apps so they can be removed.

As you already mentioned, the situation has been known for several years.

Some users like pre-installed applications, and some find them unnecessary.

I will pass on your opinion to our development team, perhaps this time some improvements can be made.
