S23 security update:

Persistent cell signal loss after this patch was installed.
Randomly drops throughout the day, have traveled from West Coast to East Coast and is still a problem. So it isn't just specific to where I live in AZ.
Methods attempted:
Reset Mobile settings
Verizon changed sim card (to which they suggested, I have to continuously turn airplane mode on n off to regain wireless)
Cleaned up apps and data cache
Virus scan phone
Guess next step is factory reset.....
Any thoughts, suggestions?
