One UI 7: Bluetooth and alarm icon not showing in status bar (top right)?

Seriously Samsung, why??? Please at least allow people to select which icons they want to see. Knowing about a connected(!) bluetooth device or an alarm that is set is absolutely essential. Needs to be visible without swiping down first.

The removed status bar icons absolutely need to be reinstated, or at the very least we need the option to toggle them back on if they are hidden by default.

We need to be able to see at a glance whether an alarm is set, or if bluetooth is turned on. Ridiculous decision to remove them.

It may seem like a minor thing but many android users, myself included, choose android over ios because of the control and customization we have over our devices. Removing essential icons like this worsens the user experience and will lead to users choosing other device manufacturers.

Please revert this terrible UX decision asap.

Absolutely stupid to omit this.

We are a family of galaxy phone users. We spent a while talking about how our phones had recently updated to one UI 7 and not one of us had anything good to say about the update. We spent over an hour discussing work arounds to issues one ui 7 had unnecessarily introduced

The developers over at Samsung must have an agenda for doing this. Why is one ui giving up on its original philosophy? Why the sudden shift away from one UI philosophy in favour for apple?

Seems Samsung does not realise that people invested in one ui specifically preferred it over apple.

The OnePlus series is looking far more enticing after One UI's clear change in direction

+1 to have the notification indicators back. Make it a Setting for people who don't like to see them. Removing them has really damaged my use of the phone, now I have to drag that bar down 100 times per day.

Moreover by separating the app notifications from the indicators, you have to drag the bar TWICE if you wanna check a notification AND check if bluetooth is on.

I've been a Samsung user for over 10 years and I only just created a Forum account because of how terrible this new update is.

Samsung, don't make things worse. By trying to innovate at all costs  you are  are doing completely wrong things.  Bluetooth and alarm icons must be on status bar always

This is absolutely ridiculous. Now I have to unlock my phone, swipe down from top just to make sure that my alarm is set and active in the middle of night. Previously, it was just glance over to phone!! Samsung, do you call this an upgrade?  The quickstar in Good lock doesn't do anything after update to one UI 7.

I have small update last day, but the icon still not appear. Samsung "think" this is good, but user have to suffer this too much. Our user is just their experiment 🤣
