One UI 7: Bluetooth and alarm icon not showing in status bar (top right)?

Seriously Samsung, why??? Please at least allow people to select which icons they want to see. Knowing about a connected(!) bluetooth device or an alarm that is set is absolutely essential. Needs to be visible without swiping down first.

• Very poor UI design choice to remove icons that people actually need.  It's very important to either restore all the icons or provide user options to enable them.  Adding a menu that allows tick-box selection of status bar icons would be an obvious improvement.

I totally agree
They should at least make the status bar customizable so people can choose what they want on their own phones. I for one am very annoyed that I have to swipe down every time just to see if I'm connected to WiFi or Bluetooth or if my alarm is on when I do not need it. For people like myself, that are a little forgetful and don't realise their phones are still connected their battery levels will run down faster this also happens when your alarm is on just because you was in a rush and forgot to turn it off. I have been using Samsung phones since the galaxy s3 and this is the first time I have been really annoyed by an update. Samsung should not have done this, these are our own phones that we pay alot of money for and we should be able to decide what we want on our status bars. Samsung you are out of order by deciding what's best for our phones. Please revert this or like I have already said make it customizable so people have the choice to what they have on their status bar. If Samsung do not change this I will seriously consider changing to their rivals IPhone.

I completely agree!

I find myself sleeping 4 hours a night on weekends after staying up late with friends because I forgot to turn off my alarm because the icon isnt showing right there infront of my eyes

Please at least give us the option to choose what to see on the status bar or just put the icon back right infront of my eyes, smartphones are about comfort and convenience, not only sleek looks
