One handed mode not aligned to bottom of screen

Does anyone have issues with one handed mode where the screen is not minimised/aligned to bottom instead at the top. How do I change this to align to bottom of the screen?

At the top of the screen, when in one handed mode, there is a small grey bar. Tap that and position the screen wherever you want it 👍🏻
