This doesn't happen every time but I've had it occur between 5-10 times. The screenshots are from the most up to date beta version and show two seperate occasions where it happened recently, the first on the 23rd of October and the second on the 29th of October. Whenever I have media playing and scroll down twice to access the quick panel icons, what will happen is the first page will only show the top 4 icons and cut off the bottom 4 icons then if I scroll across to the adjacent icon panels it is blank with no access to any icons. Usually happens when I have bluetooth headphones connected in addition to using Apple Music or Spotify but could also be occurring during unrelated scenarios with no Bluetooth headphones connected or with different media apps playing I don't remember.
After these were taken I removed some Good Home customisations related to the notification area which were still applied since the switch and I'll report back down the line if that was the issue.

Still happening with Good Lock customisations removed.

@RXM,
Have you tried to reboot your phone?
It would be great if you reported the issue via the Samsung Members app right after the issue occurs. Remember to attach log files and these screenshots of the issue so that our developers can look into the problem .

Yeah I reboot on a semi regular basis but have yet to clear cache partition since updates so I'll try that more often. Just after this post it happened again so I was able to send in to the developers log files along the screenshots of all 3 occasions it occurred. Though I downloaded the new beta update just after submission and so far I've not seen it happen again, though it's too early to say it won't occur again but I'll keep my eye out and send it in as it happens next time. Here's it without Good Lock customisations.
