Notifications stopped working

I've raised this under beta feedback, however has anyone noticed that app notifications appear to have stopped for some apps, after the beta 4 or beta 4 hotfix for the S24 Ultra.

I've disabled them in settings, done the same in the apps, deleted and reinstalled the apps, yet the issues continue. It doesn't happen to all apps, which makes it even stranger. 

Apps that aren't working are tapo, sky protect, my sky, PayPal, Santander

they definitely have, they only work when I unlock my phone, and then they pop up all at once. they don't go to the lockscreen. this is by far the worst beta experience I've ever had, I'm not joining another one. 4 months on a beta program is ridiculous. next time, I won't be signing up for it. it's not been worth it at all. it's been absolutely hell, the battery running low, the over heating of the phone, the notifications, apps not running properly, lagging, camera problems, notifications on apps not going away, I could go on. it's been awful. lesson learned for next time.

Thanks for reporting! Please also send an error report through Samsung Members app so that the developers can take a look at what may be the cause
