My phone is finished

My s22 ultra is bricked, when I get to the lock screen it keeps locking itself and i can't access my screen it is stuck in the lock screen and just goes black and open the lock screen

My only option is the safemode systemui and even then it looks really odd the navigation buttons does not show only the back icon shows

How do i get this fixed

You could try clearing the system cache. I done that right after installing and had no issues so far all apps seem to be working fine.

Hopefully you backed up as you were told to.

From safe mode, do a reset.

I did a total "all" back up to external mem card.

Otherwise, take your handset to a Samsung repair shop, and they can hard reboot for you.

I have tried that but it didn't work

I have backed up through safemode, then I did a reset, all worked fine but when I was doing a restore from my laptop to my phone, when it reached to restoring the Settings, the issue happened again, I have then went to safemode and then I did just Settings reset , which fixed the issue

I am pretty sure about what caused all this issue with the settings, I had zFont app using a different font which I am 99% sure that caused the issue with the settings even after trying to restore
But now all fixed
