Google wallet works fine in Beta despite warnings on sign up.

I think the warning is a deliberate attempt by Samsung to get you to use their system. They definately get paid by Curve for sign ups and use. Also, why would Google wallet not work in UI7 Beta. This needs testing more than most apps because it is heavily used by most people. I will keep the Samsung app on standby for a few weeks and then cancel it.

Wrong assumption; stop trying to make up uninformed conspiracies. Look at the forums, and you'll see how many people have had issues with Google Wallet on the beta program. Your own experience doesn't dictate everyone else's.

Google wallet checks if the device operating system is secure and trusted before allowing payment. In the past, beta operating systems haven't had that final stamp of trust by Google as they're testing and beta. When this happens, Google pay fails. When I ran beta on my s22, Google pay never worked. Amazed it's worked even somewhat on the one ui 7 beta

I agree with the replies here, my Google Wallet worked fine at 1st on my S24 but then came along the 2nd beta update which completely knackered it.

Just to add, I've never used Google pay and I had issues using curve and my banking apps in Beta UI4 to UI6. This year I actually have had absolutely no issues with the beta UI7. Also Samsung would have more access to Curve security than that of Google pay, therefore, would be natural for Curve to be more likely option for confirmation of functionality.

All the other commentators are quoting all the problems experienced on earlier beta's of UI7 on S24.
The beta on S23 is a very mature beta with most of the bugs ironed out.

I'm glad that you do not experience any issues while using Google Wallet so far. Nevertheless, issues on the subject have been reported in previous stages of Beta tests. If you encounter any problems, I suggest switching to other payment methods.
