Google wallet stopped again

Since the minor update for S24 Ultra Google wallet stopped again. Tried reinstalling and issues still. Anyone else having problems or found a fix?

It worked this morning, then £171 diesel in the van and couldn't pay!! No bank card, no ATM, Google wallet not working. Frustrating as it worked fine.

Guess we wait for official release or downgrade software

Omg. What did you end up doing? I'm having issues with Google wallet too, but my main payment method is Samsung pay.

Have to drive back tomorrow to pay or risk being fined.

Luckily guy was really helpful and could see I was trying everything!! Said he won't process it until he leaves work giving me a few more extra hours. But it's such a pain at the moment. Especially as I got my coffee no issues in the morning, then few hours later couldn't pay.

I guess none of you missed your last bus cause of google Pay

Samsung pay works perfectly in beta mode. However, Samsung pay is really useless in the UK. You'll need to download another app called Curve, and then that would prompt you to go through a lot of verification process.

Thank goodness I had my galaxy watch that moment.

People really need to keep some cash on hand. Too much trust in your own devices let alone their connectivity

Hello @basicreece,

I can confirm that Google Wallet app may not work with Beta software version. Payments with Google Wallet will work as usual when stable version of software is released. If you would like to continue using contactless payments during Beta Programme, you can still use Samsung Wallet instead of Google Wallet

Yeahhh ike a numpty i forgot went to shop couldnt pay lol had to come home then go back with me card !!!! 😂 the joys of beta testing
