E-Sim sync on every restart

Whenever my phone restarts either manually or automatically I get a notification to sync my e-sim. This requires me to either click on the notification or go to the sim mgmt screen to click on it and let it do its thing. 

Is this isolated to me or are other users having the same prompt on restart?

I think anyone who uses e-sim has this upon boot-up. As Jaspreet mentioned - Happens all the time.

Interesting. I never had it happen on the latest official release which is why I thought it was beta related.
