It's stuck at 76%. Tried cancelling and turning phone off and on but still stuck on 76%

I managed to get it fully downloaded, but I had to use mobile data would not download using wifi

I'm stuck at 0% and it keeps jumping to the forefront. I've restarted my phone but it makes no difference. I've had to pause it, to stop it taking over and continuously show the update available message. Come on Samsung!

Did you go to download settings and change from dowload using wifi only to download using mobile data or wifi

I managed to download it by switching from wifi only to download using mobile data or wifi. I then switched off wifi and it downloaded using mobile data

Tried it. Still stuck at the 76% - 27 seconds to go.
