Delay in notifications panel animation

When you swipe down to see notifications there is an animation for the section to open but one thing I've realised is you have to wait for that animation to be finished before you can swipe it away or swipe to the quick settings section.

You cannot Instantly swipe it away like before and that kind of ruins the flow if that makes any sense. 

I've tried to show it in this screen recording so hopefully that helps. I know this sounds nitpicky but this one thing really bothers me in a weird way 😅

I have also checked all this with performance profile off and battery saver off or any other thing that could affect this.

As you can hopefully see, I can swipe almost 3 times before the animation is over and only then I can go to the other sections or close it. 

The phone I'm using is a S24 ultra and it's on the latest software version available today (29th December) one UI 7.0 beta 2 and is up to date with the Google play updates as well.

I support it..the animation is pretty slow not only in notifications but also if u might have encountered in settings app

Not sure about the settings app as you always have to read what section you going to so that thinking time makes it less likely to notice these things for me anyway

I noticed this too. Can you remove the bounce animation that causes the delay to swipe away.
