The samsung Internet browser app is co ntinously crashing and I can't even use t he app it just closes as soon as I open it and the samsung account has crashed p op up keeps appearing i hope you can fi x this issue in the beta 2 cause it's really annoying and I don't know what to do please samsung fix this

Use the send feedback button to report the issue.

I suggest force stopping the app and clearing the cache. If that doesn't work you could either clear app data (with will delete browsing data) or wait for samsung for fix it and switch to chrome for a little bit

Another idea is to clear the cookies and cache files images from the Browser. Go to Samsung Internet- 3 Dot Menu-Settings-personal Browsing Data-Delete Browsing Data, Browsing Data, Cookies and Site Data-cached images and files.

you could also try reinstalling the app. However it may be Beta related and best to send an Error Report.

We’re sorry to hear that the Samsung Internet app keeps crashing. If the problem hasn’t been fixed yet, please try clearing the app cache and data:

  1. Go to Settings > Apps > Samsung Internet.

  2. Tap Storage.

  3. Select Clear cache (and, if necessary, Clear data).

This often resolves app crashes and unexpected behavior. If the issue persists, please report it via the Samsung Members app and attach the log files so our developers can investigate further :hand-with-index-and-middle-fingers-crossed:
