Contactless payment doesnt work

UI 6.0 beta.

When start Google wallet app then popup widndow appear that my device is not certified for mobile contactless payment.

Well I would read everything considering it is a beta.

Nothing needs to be sorted with Google because it is uncertified software. You do not need to install a beta so if you have a basic need you need to stick to official software. The whole idea of a beta is that things will/ may be broken. You accept that when you accept the terms.

@InjuredSoap  It is pretty basic to be aware of the implications before signing up to anything,know people do not always follow logic though   In Betas the terms and conditions are not really too long and have been advertised before.  However a number will help with any queries.

There are some core features that you'd expect to be present. Isn't that what a beta is for? Crippling it is counterintuitive.

It is possible that Google Pay will not work during the Beta Programme.

We recommend you using Samsung Pay app instead.

In the official version of the software both apps will be fully functional 😊.

I understand how useful that is but security should always be above convenience. It's a Google app and they (and their Beta testers I guess) have already tested it on android 14 so I don't think there's any risk. Imagine if you lost your phone and someone just updates it with a malicious software and lets them use Google Pay, even if this is a very remote risk, I'd rather not take it. And it's not like we don't have something else to use during the beta, Samsung Pay works.

I can confirm I using Samsung pay and card from curve and everything work fine
