I can't use my phone for travel in London.

Whenever I try to use my phone for the Underground I get an error message saying that my software isn't at the correct version

I assume it's like Google Pay, since the beta isn't a released version we can expect apps for payments to not work

Use Samsung Pay instead, when using Beta OS.

It is possible that some third-party apps will not work during the Beta due to compatibility problems.

If the situation won't improve, please report this issue via the Samsung Members application so that our developers can have a look into it 😉.

Thank you for your replies. I kinda just wanna factory reset my phone. If I withdraw from the beta testing and then reset, does anyone know if I will be on android 13 and UI 5 afterwards? I'd rather just update when the bugs are worked out. I have noticed quite a few 3rd party apps don't like android 14.

You'll need to wipe the phone and use a Smart Switch backup to return to Android 13.

If you just leave the beta and reset it, it will still be One UI 6
