Can't veiw any open apps

Open apps are nor viewable at all anymore. Continual error message says - "1UI isn't responding" or app not responding. Made my phone horrible to use. I cant use the multi app button on navigation bar anymore to veiw any open background apps - I've got to go into my app drawer and find the app to open it again. Very frustrating. Been like this for days

Try clearing the device Cache within Bootloader options and see if the issue persists.
Personally I've had no issues with UI not responding or background apps.

In such a situation it is recommended to also send an error report in the Samsung Members app > Error report, so that our developers can take a closer look at the problem and take some action. 😊
