Some apps are slow to respond when opening them. I have to press them a few times before they open

Have you tried rebooting your phone? I would recommend this in this situation. 

You should also try to resolve it by clearing app caches: go to Settings, then tap Apps > select the app that you want to clear the cache for > tap Storage > tap Clear cache.
