So when I open the camera and instead of clicking video to record, I normally just hold the the camera button down to record which usually works well in the last UI, but the new software it seems to just jump and it makes the video look like it skipped a beat.
Please submit an error report through Samsung Members, mentioning that the video briefly jumps when you start recording by holding the shutter button. Include a sample video if possible.
Not sure if this will help... Check the camera settings and look for a quick tap toggle, if it's on, this makes your phone take a picture as soon as you touch the button. Try turning it off and see if that makes any difference.
