Bixby Text to Speech answering calls

Ive seen in the update notes for the beta that you can now customise this message. Does any one know how you do this as the menu doesn't show an option?

Once you enable the Bixby Text to Speech feature, you'll start seeing a Bixby text call button on the call screen for an incoming call.

If you press this button, you'll see a bunch of quick responses that you can select for Bixby to say to the caller, or you can type a custom response using the chat box below the quick responses 😉.
