Live wallpaper lockscreen

So since the latest update I can only set live wallpapers on my home screen. Before I could set it to both.

Could you really? I've only ever been able to do live papers on the lock screen...

Randomly working again. Was skipping the selection part and just applying to home screen..now I get the choice 👌😊
