One Ui 7 on S24 has the battery info now!

I use o2 but if I turn off my nfc the icon goes away....?? (I also dont have the battery health indicator)

Must just be an S24 thing for now. Hopefully they bring it to the ultra soon

Ah yeah when NFC is disabled it's hidden. What I meant is the icon is always shown in the status bar when NFC is enabled. Normally it's only shown when you pull down the notification/quick settings panel and is hidden in the regular status bar. Its usually the case with O2 due to the provider config. I think the battery health thing is just disabled on the Ultras for now though judging by other people's posts

Network provider has no relevance as if you're on Beta then the handset will not (cannot) be tied to a carrier.

Actually this isn't true, some network providers do push software configuration changes to fully unlocked phones (yes even if you bought the phone direct from Samsung) and I'm not talking about the APN config messages either. I know at least Vodafone and O2 do this, although EE doesn't. They would still qualify for the beta as the CSC is still the same (EUX).

That said I don't think this is what happened here since it seems like its only enabled for regular S24s
