Another GoodLock module is back - QuickStar

As the title says, QuickStar is back which is great and makes my notification bar a lot tidier! 

I suspect the final version of One UI 5 is just very close now that GoodLock modules are getting updated.

I am discussing One UI 5 and the impending release of the final version which is signalled by the release of updated versions of various Samsung apps. This happens every year with the beta and is a sign that the stable version is close, and Good Lock is usually one of the first to indicate this.
App integration and compatibility is a vital part of the beta program and stable releases of those apps is an important discussion point.
I'm sorry you didn't like the post, but I felt others may like to know that a new version of an app was available to install which had previously not been available due to the operating system being a beta version (i.e. One UI 5). I hope that helps to clarify why I posted.

And still this is beta forum. We should discuss the one ui, not other apps. Wen other people comment samsung pay do not work, the answer they get from mods is because this is beta software.
So in my opinion we ahould focus on the beta software and not that some apps got updated to support it.
You are and probably other people just missing the idea of the forum.
Don't get me wrong, I am happy that apps start working with the beta but our goal is to test the beta software and options and to give feedback/suggestions.
Well at least this is what why I am here, to help the improvements of the beta and not to waste my time with other apps.

Why so aggressive? It's for beta software and it's related apps so they can tune OneUI5 to function correctly with them, there's a saying....

With what exactly I was aggressive? Do you know the meaning of that word?
Good lock is not related with one ui 5. Is not part of one ui 5, it's just another app by samsung and we are here to discuss the one ui 5 and not other apps.

We're so here to discuss the functionality of the device and it's associated applications and since OneUI5 is Samsung's software and so is Good Lock then surely the functionality discussion is what we're here for ?

I've seen several posts about apps and their functionality yet never a negative reply by anyone until now with you and the OP's post regarding Good Lock, so I'm unclear as to why you have such issue with it 🤷

When you restart your phone for example, you will get a notice this is beta software and other apps may not work. So we are here to discuss one ui 5 and not other apps no matter if they are made by samsung.
The issue is people do not focus on the actual idea which is one ui 5, but posting topics about other apps.
The issue is that samsung is collecting our info and ideas from bere to be implemented in other apps but not into one ui 5.

I'd just like to add one more comment and then draw a line under the whole thing.
Within the beta program, there is the opportunity to leave feedback and report errors. One of the errors that can be reported is when an application does not work correctly. This says to me that application functionality is part of the beta process and I believe this to be true as well. After all, if we didn't tell Samsung that applications did not work then how would they know to fix the beta so they do? Discussing applications is a huge part of the beta program because other people need and want to know about applications that don't work or where they and the beta are now compatible. It is the very essence of beta testing: how does the beta software interact with all the other applications it will be required to run?
Good Lock is an excellent and well-used application developed by Samsung where new and interesting features are brought to a lot of people and I thought people who have been waiting for compatibility with One UI 5 would be interested to know when modules within it work again.
I believe that forums are a way for people to share thoughts, ideas, experiences and views about a topic. The topic of this forum is the One UI 5 beta and how it works. Applications are a fundamental part of how an operating system works and I wanted to share my experience with one of those applications for the benefit of others. As I said before, if my post upset you, that was not my intention. Maybe it would be easier with next year's beta only to read posts that are of interest so you are not upset again.
Sorry for the long reply and I hope this brings this thread to a conclusion.
