It's been a few months now. It always routes to download drivers, which is blank. A quick Google search for solutions suggests a common issue that is not Windows-related, as a few owners have tried a full laptop reset.
Anyone else struggling, I even though it was McAfee (I do not use it) as it pops up under Samsung device care.
Not heard that, but mine has been playing up before 24H2.
Anyway the Samsung Update app seems to not recognise the laptop, so I popped in the details for model number and windows 11 manually and got this list !!!
