Where can I report counterfeit prodcuts / trademark infringment?

I don't want to go into too much detail on a public forum but I have found a company selling products, labelled and described as being made by Samsung, but they are not Samsung products. People have already bought several of these products. I reported the problem to the support on the website where the product is being sold but they didn't see anything wrong with it.

Is there any way I can contact Samsung directly, so no one else purchases one of these fraudulent products?

Probably by contacting the police, which can then take legal action. Or contact Samsung support and they'll direct you to relevant teams.

Please contact Action Fraud (number on Google / Gov.uk).

They are a government funded department working with the police to tackle fraud.
