Weird problem with Samsung Oled G6

I have a weird problem with this monitor, it seems as though the image won't centre in the middle and keeps either going all the way to the right or all the way to the left, and sometimes centres.

have tried this with both a MacBook and a windows laptop as external display and issues on both, I also get some eye strain when using the monitor and want to make sure I haven't received a defunct monitor.

in the first picture it is showing the gap that I am talking about on the right side

and the second picture below shows that there is no gap on the left hand side, it feels as though the image keeps moving around now and then to re-align

I received my brand new Samsung G6 27in and it’s having the same issues. I cannot go to screen adjustments in the picture settings to turn it off. Has anybody found a fix for this?

Is there really no way to use the whole screen ? Can someone tell me why chopping a part of my screen so I can’t see some text is a feature? Is that something maybe I can disable considering I spend 800$ on this product? Just a few thoughts

I have this monitor - I absolutely love it and only just noticed this today after having it for a few weeks.

Now that I have noticed it - the screen moving is certainly annoying although it never moves a HUGE amount at a time. It is certainly tolerable.

It is a feature because this will help prevent burn in which is common on these panels. In my experience none of my image is chopped off.

I do hope they give us the ability to stop this.

Dear samsung! Can u add Pixel Shift Buffer Zone=x option? It is so easy. I lost a part of picture permanently without that option. I hope u will see my comment. Thanks
