I have tried to use GB4 voucher to purchase a laptop, but it comes back invalid. The chat help line couldn't help with this. Any ideas anyone?

Hi @JohnS , Which laptop were you wanting to purchase? And where from? (E.g. the main Samsung UK online shop site?)

Thank you, I think I have found the problem, I was trying to do a trade up, and I think you can only one voucher at a time. You would think samsung would make this clear, but they don't.
