T7 shield disconnect

T7 Shield keeps disconnecting and reconnecting when I use it with my Redmi Note 13. Because of that, the number of unsafe disconnects keeps going up. This only happens on my phone. When I use the SSD on Windows, it works normally.

Is this a compatibility problem with my phone?

I also have a Galaxy S10e. Will the same thing happen on that phone?

I suspect that your usb port is not fast enough to cope with the transfer speeds of the T7, many Chinese branded phones are notorious for this. That's why it's heating up and disconnecting. I hope this helps 🙏 The S10e is a little dated but try it out and see.
