Hello I receive my G9 monitor on Wednesday and noticed after 2 days I have a stuck pixel in the corner should I return it will it be accepted for exchange? Really like the Monitor but if this unit have stuck pixel already I'm afraid it will develop more quickly. Problem is I will be out of town until 28 December and not sure If its better to wait until then with return or rush now

I will be returning it under those 28 days, tbh I started return few days ago but nobody from Samsung contacted me about about pickup date or time slot

There is 3 Weeks from when I post a problem on community page and send email to customer support, got no answears not even a email. 2 Weeks ago I started a return process because no asnwear from samsung support and I should be contacted by Samsung support in 24h to arrange pickup nobody contacted me as well, looks like samsung support is as bad as people saying 😕
